GONSIN at Ecuadorian Constituent Assembly

National Constituent Assembly of the Republic of Ecudor began in a seaside city Monte Cristi in Nov 30, 2007.  Ecudorian President Rafael Correa Delgado presided over the opening ceremony of the Assembly. 

The National Constituent Assembly consists of 130 representatives elected by all districts. Since December 3, 2007, during 6 months they will discuss and make the 20th constitution in the Ecuador history.
